This is a senior position suited to an experienced estates litigator who enjoys complex legal work, strong client relationships, and mentoring junior lawyers.
You will work on a substantial portfolio of contested estates matters and collaborate closely with recognised leaders in the Wills & Estates field.
Key responsibilities
Manage a substantial portfolio of estates matters including litigation, probate and administration
Appear in court, mediations and settlement conferences
Work alongside Accredited Specialists and senior leaders




Contribute to business development and team growth
About you
Strong commercial judgement and client management skills
The ability to manage a busy practice autonomously
Excellent drafting, advocacy and negotiation skills
A team-oriented leadership style
Accredited Specialist status in Wills & Estates Law will be highly regarded
