At St Catherine's, we're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our permanent care team. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering person-centred care that promotes dignity, comfort, and wellbeing for our residents.

Requirements
n Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, compassionate nature, team player
n
Salary

What you'll do:

Provide high-quality clinical care and support to residents
n
Develop and implement personalised care plans
n
Support and mentor care staff to ensure best practice
n
Monitor and manage medication administration and health outcomes
n
Communicate with families, doctors, and allied health professionals
n
Contribute to a positive, respectful,
and collaborative team environment
n

What you'll bring:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
A genuine passion for aged care and person-centred practice
n
Excellent communication and leadership skills
n
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with families
n
Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
n
