About The Role
This is a senior new business role, not an order taking one.
You will sell across brands, agencies and client side marketing teams, opening doors with CMOs, Heads of Media, marketing directors and agency owners.
Success in the first 12 months is measured on the long term strategic partnerships you establish.

Duties / Key Responsibilities
Open new commercial conversations with CMOs, Heads of Media, marketing directors and agency owners across brands and agencies
Sell commerce intent audiences, AI driven campaign planning, programmatic activation, rich media and lead generation solutions
Frame the pitch around growth, speed and commercial outcomes rather than advertising products




Shape deals for clients who want the technology inside their own trading teams, and for those who want the full process managed end to end
Convert early wins into long term partnerships and establish the business as a preferred strategic AI and media partner
Skills and Experience
5 years or more in digital media, adtech, martech or programmatic sales
Existing senior relationships across brands or agencies that you can activate quickly
A proven record of winning new business, not solely managing existing accounts
Confidence presenting to and holding commercial conversations with senior decision makers
Strong commercial mindset and a genuine interest in AI, commerce media and solving client business problems
