Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute organization-wide recruitment strategies aligned with business growth plans.
Lead hiring for multiple group entities including Stock Broking, Wealth Management, PMS, AIF, Research, Operations, Compliance, Technology, Finance, and Corporate Functions.
Build a robust talent pipeline for critical and leadership positions.
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and succession planning needs.
Talent Acquisition Strategy
Develop and execute organization-wide recruitment strategies aligned with business growth plans.
Lead hiring for multiple group entities including Stock Broking, Wealth Management, PMS, AIF, Research, Operations, Compliance, Technology, Finance, and Corporate Functions.
Build a strong talent pipeline for critical and leadership positions.
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and succession planning needs.
End-to-End Recruitment Management
Drive recruitment activities from manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Manage lateral, leadership, niche, and volume hiring requirements.
Ensure closure of open positions within defined TAT and hiring budgets.
Review and approve compensation structures in alignment with company policies.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with CXOs, Business Heads, Regional Heads,



and Department Managers.
Provide hiring insights, market intelligence, talent trends, and competitor benchmarking.
Act as a strategic recruitment partner to senior leadership.
Employer Branding
Strengthen employer branding through social media, job portals, employee referral programmes, and professional networking platforms.
Enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Participate in industry forums, recruitment drives, and networking events.
Vendor & Agency Management
Manage recruitment consultants, search firms, and staffing partners.
Negotiate commercial terms and ensure quality candidate delivery.
Monitor agency performance against predefined KPIs.
Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyse hiring metrics including:
Time-to-Fill
Cost-per-Hire
Offer Acceptance Ratio
Source Effectiveness
Joining Ratio
Diversity Hiring Metrics
Prepare MIS and recruitment dashboards for management review.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team.
Drive recruiter productivity and capability enhancement.
Establish best recruitment practices and process improvements.
Compliance & Governance




Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and approval workflows.
Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.

Achievement of hiring targets within approved TAT.
Leadership and critical position closure rate.
Offer-to-joining conversion ratio.
Hiring manager satisfaction score.
Recruitment cost optimization.
Employee retention of new hires.
Quality of hire and performance of recruited employees.
Recruitment process compliance and governance.
Recruitment vendor performance management.
Employer branding effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
Additional certifications in Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, or Employer Branding will be preferred.
Experience
***** years of Talent Acquisition experience.
Minimum 4-5 years in a leadership role.
Experience in Financial Services, Stock Broking, Wealth Management, NBFC, Banking, PMS, AIF, or FinTech sectors preferred.
Proven track record of managing large-scale and leadership hiring.
