You'll spend 80% of your time on hands-on recruitment delivery across senior, technical, and corporate roles and the rest coaching and developing our Talent Specialist.
Working directly alongside the Director of People & Culture, you'll take full ownership of ADP's end-to-end recruitment.
This role exists to provide both delivery and mentoring continuity, which means you'll step in with real trust, genuine autonomy, and a seat at the table from day one.

ADP Consulting is a sustainability-led engineering consultancy with over 350 people across Australia, and London.
We work on commercial, mission-critical and landmark projects for clients that include data centre operators, major property developers, and government.

This role sits in the middle of that.
The role
Reporting directly to the Director of People & Culture, your time will be split across two key focus areas:
The recruitment part (~80%)
End-to-end delivery on senior, technical and corporate roles across the business
Proactive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, market mapping and passive candidate engagement
Hiring manager partnership and advisory - understanding workforce needs, advising on market conditions, supporting decisions
Candidate experience ownership end to end, and for both candidates and hiring managers
The leadership part (~20%)




Building your leadership capability to lead and influence stakeholder engagement
Coaching hiring managers on best practice interviewing, selection and bias mitigation
About you
You'll succeed in this role if you:
Have 5+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in engineering, consulting or another technical environment
Have built talent pipelines in technical markets and can speak credibly to the engineers and professionals you're hiring
Interested in building your leadership capability
Are energised by fast-changing businesses where you get to shape how things work, not just execute a process
Can challenge a hiring manager respectfully, hold your ground when the shortlist isn't right, and close senior candidates with confidence
Are comfortable with ATS and HRIS platforms (JobAdder experience is a plus)
