OSW Group is looking for an experienced
Group VP, People
to lead and build our global People function through our next phase of international growth.
OSW operates a portfolio of fast-scaling businesses across renewable energy, technology and e-commerce, spanning solar and storage distribution, SaaS-enabled energy solutions, digital commerce, embedded finance and engineering.
Reporting directly to the
Group CEO
, this role will partner closely with the CEO,
CSO
and senior business leaders to shape how we organise, plan, attract, develop, reward and retain our people globally.
This is a genuine
builder role
.
You will lead the evolution of our People function from a predominantly locally-led model into a scalable Group People platform — creating greater consistency across the Group while retaining the agility needed by individual businesses and markets.

Group People strategy aligned to international growth and commercial priorities
Organisation design, workforce planning and headcount governance
Global People operating model and regional HR capability
Job architecture, levelling, reward and People governance
Leadership capability, succession and performance management
International expansion, mobility and employment models
Talent acquisition and critical-role planning
HR systems, People data, payroll governance and workforce analytics
Culture, employee experience and organisational effectiveness




A global People team operating across multiple markets and business units
What we're looking for
You'll bring significant senior People leadership experience across multiple countries, business units or operating companies, together with demonstrated experience building or materially transforming a People function through growth, international expansion or organisational complexity.
You'll have strong capability in organisation design, workforce planning, leadership, reward, talent and People infrastructure, combined with the commercial judgement to advise senior leaders on workforce cost, productivity, talent risk and organisational decisions.
Most importantly, you'll be comfortable moving between
strategy and execution
.
OSW is looking for someone pragmatic, commercially minded and hands‐on who can build the foundations while operating effectively in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Experience within high-growth, technology-enabled, renewable energy, distribution, SaaS, e-commerce, supply chain, industrial technology or international scale‐up environments will be highly regarded.
