What does a Freelance Online Teacher do at Busuuu?
n
As a Freelance Online Language Teacher at Busuu, you'll play a key role in helping students learn effectively and confidently. On a day‐to‐day basis, your responsibilities will likely include:

Planning, preparing, and teaching online lessons (45 minutes each) for corporate clients.
n
1:1 Lessons: Deliver private lessons that include both language teaching and personalised coaching - conducting needs analyses, assessing levels, creating bespoke learning paths, checking progress during lesson time, and setting transparent goals.
n
Group Lessons: (up to 5 people in EN, ES, FR, DE, IT, NL)



Teach online group classes that focus on active learning and communication.

What we're looking for in a Freelance Online Teacher:
n
n
C2 Level of teaching language
n
Valid teaching certificate such as TEFL/CELTA or related university degrees
n
Experience in online teaching and providing 1:1 coaching or personalised learning support
n
Fluency in additional languages:n
n
B1 or above in English if your teaching language is not English
n
B1 or above in another language if English is your teaching language
n
Bonus: Speaking more than two languages
n
n
Comfortable teaching: presentation skills, negotiations, business email etiquette, meeting management, multicultural communication, etc.
n
Excellent communication skills to engage and teach students
n
High-Speed Internet, Modern Laptop / PC with a microphone and camera
n
Must comply with local
