Mechanical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Supervise and coordinate mechanical crews on site.
n
Oversee mechanical maintenance, repair and installation activities.
n
Provide hands-on technical support and mechanical guidance to the site team.
n
Coordinate daily work activities and ensure work is completed safely and to schedule.
n
Monitor site safety, quality and compliance requirements.
n
Coordinate with other site supervisors, trades and project personnel.
n
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with site procedures and safety requirements.
n
Complete shift handovers, reporting and relevant site documentation.
n
n
To be successful, you will ideally have:
n
n
Proven experience working as a Mechanical Supervisor.
n
Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on mechanical experience.
n
Demonstrated experience working with Bucket Wheel Reclaimers.
n
Experience or knowledge of Balance Machines.
n
Experience within fixed plant, mining, mineral processing or heavy industrial environments.
n
Solid leadership, communication and safety skills.
n
Previous experience supervising and coordinating mechanical crews.
n
Ability to work effectively on both day and night shifts.
n
Ability to mobilise to the Karratha / Pilbara region at short notice.
