The NSW Early Learning Commission is seeking an Information and Enquiries Coordinator in Parramatta to lead a service delivery team within a busy call-centre environment. You will ensure accurate, timely, high-quality responses to customers and stakeholders regarding ECEC services.

Reporting to the leadership team, you will monitor enquiries, coach staff, analyse performance data, and prepare evidence-based correspondence and submissions to support secure, high-quality early learning.
