About This Role

Lead operations. Support people. Deliver great customer experiences. We're looking for a hands-on Store Support Manager to oversee store administration, warehouse operations, stock control, and team leadership. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store while creating a safe, productive, and customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store administration, banking, cash balancing, and invoicing.
n
Oversee receivals, dispatch, storage, and movement of stock.
n
Maintain stock accuracy, process adjustments, and support stocktakes.
n
Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and administration team members.
n
Ensure excellent customer service across deliveries, collections,



and store support activities.
n
Drive workplace health and safety compliance and protected warehouse practices.
n

What You'll Bring

Experience in retail, administration, warehouse, or operations management.

Strong organisational and computer skills.

Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and deliver results.
