– Sydney Distribution Centre | $*****ph + Super | Monday–Friday O'Brien® Glass are seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator with strong Customer Service capability to support our Wholesale team at the Padstow Distribution Centre. You'll play a key role in delivering excellent service to Wholesale customers purchasing glass products, while supporting smooth warehouse operations and administration.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Provide warm, skilled customer service face‐to‐face and over the phone
n
Check stock availability using internal systems
n
Process EFTPOS payments
n
Complete general administration duties
n
Maintain accurate stock spreadsheets
n
Create and confirm pick slips
n
Complete invoicing and basic reporting
n
Book and consign transport when required
n
Build solid internal and external stakeholder relationships
n
n
Additional Responsibilities
n
n
Support Emergency Freight by preparing paperwork, labels and ensuring same‐day dispatch requirements are met
n
Manage invoice processing (Medius), including coding, tracking, updating files and resolving discrepancies
n
Process Wholesale credit notes, confirm returns and assist with specific Wholesale admin tasks when required
n
Coordinate and maintain timesheets for casual employees and support timesheet administration across the DC
n
Arrange driver accommodation bookings and maintain accurate records
n
Assist with new starter and casual onboarding, including induction paperwork and documentation
n
Undertake cross‐training in Containers, developing capability to support container workflows and provide coverage when needed
n
Provide general DC administrative support, including data entry, reporting, filing and assisting other teams during busy periods
n

About You
n
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Previous experience in Administration and/or Customer Service (ideally within a warehouse or distribution environment)
n
Strong customer service capability
n
Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced environment
n
Excellent time management and attention to detail
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
n
Able to work autonomously and collaboratively
