We're now seeking a Operations Coordinator to join our JAS team in Mount Waverley. This is a pivotal role that helps our store network run smoothly by streamlining processes, strengthening communication and supporting stores so they can focus on delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Description
n
Reporting to the Network Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator is a central point of contact between stores, head office teams and external partners. You'll provide coordination, administrative support and communication across the network, contributing directly to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
n
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working with a wide variety of stakeholders, and takes pride in keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes.
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
Acting as a key support contact for the JAS store network,



responding to enquiries and coordinating follow‐ups
n
Monitoring shared inboxes, tracking requests and ensuring tasks are actioned and completed
n
Preparing documents, communications and updates to support regional and operational leaders
n
Coordinating fleet administration activities across motor vehicles and material handling equipment
n
Supporting payroll validation activities and follow‐ups with stores
n
Assisting with network development projects, including coordinating site change safety assessments
n
Supporting Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) activities, reporting and compliance tracking
n
Liaising with property teams to coordinate repairs, maintenance and compliance requirements
n
Managing internal communications, intranet content, SOPs and "ways of working" documentation
n
Working with store and regional leaders to identify improvement opportunities and support future initiatives
n

Qualifications
n
n
Previous experience in administration, coordination, operations support or a similar role
n
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
n
Confidence working with multiple stakeholders across different teams and locations
n
Ability to prioritise tasks based on urgency and impact, and adapt to changing priorities
n




A well‐organised approach with attention to detail and follow‐through
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Outlook and Teams
n
A collaborative mindset and genuine alignment to Bapcor values
