Join one of Australia's most respected ultra premium brands and take ownership of its most valuable client relationships. We're looking for a Luxury Client Manager to build and steward a highly curated portfolio of collectors, high net worth and ultra high net worth clients. This is a relationship led role for someone who understands that, when you work with limited edition and highly sought after products, relationships need to be deep rather than broad.
Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture long term relationships with collectors, VIPs and high value clients
Develop a curated portfolio of private clients and grow their lifetime value
Drive private sales and meet agreed revenue targets
Guide clients through their journey, from their first purchase through to high value ownership opportunities
Create highly personalised client experiences, including private tastings, events and one to one engagements
Develop strategies to retain, reactivate and grow VIP relationships
Host memorable experiences that strengthen loyalty and generate sales
Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and introduce clients to new releases, allocations and experiences
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all client interactions and opportunities are captured
Work closely with the wider Direct to Consumer, Hospitality, Sales and Marketing teams
Represent the brand with discretion, professionalism and a genuine passion for premium products and experiences
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing premium or luxury client relationships, ideally across luxury spirits, fine wine, high end hospitality, private client services, automotive, luxury hotels or private membership
A strong existing network within collector, luxury or high net worth communities




Demonstrated success in relationship led rather than transactional selling
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a premium or considered purchase workplace
Experience hosting tastings, private events or highly personalised client experiences
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and storytelling skills
Confidence engaging with senior, high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals
Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to balance revenue objectives with a personalised and unhurried client approach
High level of discretion and sound judgement when managing confidential client information
Highly organised, with disciplined CRM and record keeping skills
Genuine interest in premium products, luxury brands and exceptional customer experiences
Comfortable working autonomously and helping shape a function with limited existing structure
Willingness to travel domestically
Current driver's licence
