About the role:

We are looking for energetic Team Leaders to join our Buranda restaurant on a casual basis. In this role, you will lead our front-line team to ensure the highest store operating standards are met. You will be the go-to person during your shifts, ensuring everything runs smoothly while maintaining our fun and friendly culture.

Responsibilities

Leading and motivating the team to meet daily store operating standards.
n
Ensuring every guest receives exceptional customer service and fresh, high-quality food.

Managing shift operations,



including food prep, cleaning, and safety protocols.

Solving operational problems quickly and effectively to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
