The Opportunity

We are looking to source a Director to join an established team:
n
n
Valuations of business, shares, options, IP and assets (including intangible assets);
n
Commercial valuations across cost, market and discounted cash flow
n
Use of varied Valuations tools for discounted cash flow, asset pricing, comparable sales, replacement costs, earnings multiples and excess earnings
n
Litigation support; and
n
Strategic advice
n
n
About you
n

Strong analytical and research capability;
n
Strong report writing skills;
n




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
n
Strong time management and organisational skills
n
Strong relationship building skills;
n
6 years of relevant work experience (including experience in a corporate finance related environment);
n
Degree in one or more fields including, Accounting, Management, Commerce, Business or Finance;
n
Previous experience managing projects and teams; and
n
Works collaboratively within a team environment
