ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join an established organisation within the FMCG and manufacturing sector.
n
The role will play a key part in ensuring robust financial governance while providing meaningful commercial insights to support business performance and growth.
n
THE ROLE:
n
n
Oversee financial accounting, management reporting and statutory reporting requirements.
n
Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
n
Oversee inventory accounting, product costing and cost control across the business.
n
Monitor financial performance, margins, working capital and key business drivers.
n
Lead and develop the finance team while ensuring a high standard of financial reporting and compliance.
n

ABOUT YOU:
n
n




CA/CPA qualification, or equivalent.
n
At least 7 years' experience across financial accounting, commercial finance or financial control.
n
Strong knowledge of month-end, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
n
FMCG, manufacturing, food, retail or supply chain experience highly regarded.
n
