Apprentice Electrician

About The Role
n
We're looking for a motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our team in Laverton North. This is a hands‐on opportunity to develop your skills in an industrial workplace while completing your apprenticeship.
n
You'll work alongside experienced electricians maintaining and improving critical site infrastructure and automated systems.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Assist with installation of wiring, conduit and electrical equipment
n
Support inspections, preventative maintenance and repairs
n
Assist with fault finding and troubleshooting activities
n
Help maintain conveyors, plant equipment and automation systems
n
Identify and elevate electrical faults and safety hazards
n
Maintain tools, equipment and accurate maintenance records
n
Participate in structured apprenticeship training
n

What We're Looking For
n
n




Currently enrolled (or planning to enrol) in a TAFE electrical apprenticeship
n
Strong interest in electrical systems and learning the trade
n
Willingness to follow instructions and work under supervision
n
Commitment to safety and teamwork
n
Good communication skills
n
Current driver's licence (preferred)
n
n
Nice to Have
n
n
Exposure to industrial or maintenance environments
n
Familiarity with tools or testing equipment
n
Basic computer skills
n
