Seeking Driven GP or Medicinal Cannabis Sales Professionals with Growth Mindset
Key Customers: Targeted GPs, Specialists and Targeted Pharmacies
Our client is a fast-growing medicinal cannabis company.
We're seeking a vibrant, ethical medical commercial professional to build partnerships with healthcare providers and drive education and access across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.
What you'll do
Introduce and represent our client's medicinal cannabis portfolio to
GPs, specialists, nurses, clinics, pharmacists and dispensaries
.
Deliver
clinical education
, in-services and presentations; attend conferences and events.
Own
territory and key account plans
—identify opportunities, execute growth strategies and track results.
Build solid, trust-based relationships; provide exceptional customer service and timely support.
Navigate compliance requirements and maintain accurate activity reporting (CRM).
What you'll bring
3+ years




in customer-facing healthcare or life sciences sales roles (e.g., Pharmaceutical Representative, Medicinal Cannabis or related).
Existing relevant
Melbourne network
and territory management knowledge.
Previous experience promoting to GPs and/or Specialists is preferred.
Experience in
medicinal cannabis
is
highly regarded but not essential.
Proven success developing and executing
strategic business plans
.
Excellent
communication, education/presentation and negotiation
skills; strong analytics.
Understanding of
TGA compliance
and the Australian regulatory landscape.
Self-starter with high integrity, initiative and the ability to work
autonomously
and collaboratively.
