n
This role could be based in either Ballarat or Geelong.
n
This is a key position supporting our property management teams across the region. You'll be the backbone of our accounting function, making sure everything balances, runs on time, and meets compliance standards.
n
Your day-to-day will include:
n
n
Managing daily receipting across multiple trust accounts.
n
Handling accounts receivable and payable.
n
Work collaboratively with other departments within the business to process Sales and Leasing – Deposits, Accounts Sales, Settlements and all other financial requirements.
n
Supporting property managers with outgoings reconciliations and annual estimates.
n
End of month reporting.
n
Assisting the wider team with general operational support as needed.
n

Qualifications
n
You're someone who thrives on accuracy and structure, but also enjoys being part of a supportive, fast-paced team. You take pride in getting the details right and understand the importance of compliance in bookkeeping.

Ideally, you'll bring:
n
n
Previous experience in bookkeeping or a similar finance role (real estate preferred).
n
Solid attention to detail and organisational skills.
n
Confidence working with financial systems and processes.
n
A proactive, team-first attitude.
