About the Role
n
As a Car Care Consultant & Delivery Manager, you will play a vital role in the customer journey, from helping customers select vehicle protection and enhancement solutions through to booking in their new vehicle and ensuring an outstanding handover experience.
n
You will act as a trusted advisor, educating customers on products designed to protect and maintain their vehicle while creating a memorable and professional delivery experience.
n

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Protection & Product Consultation
n
n
Present and recommend vehicle protection solutions, accessories, and enhancement products.
n
Educate customers on the benefits and value of products including paint protection, interior protection, window tint, ceramic coatings, and technology solutions.
n




Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
n
Build strong customer relationships through professional and consultative interactions.
n
Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators.
n

Vehicle Delivery Experience
n
n
Coordinate vehicle deliveries to ensure customers receive an exceptional handover experience.
n
Conduct skilled vehicle presentations and demonstrations.
n
Explain vehicle care requirements, warranties, and product benefits.
n
Ensure all delivery documentation is completed accurately.
n
Create a memorable experience that delights customers and encourages long-term loyalty.

Customer Experience
n
n
Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the ownership journey.
n
Resolve customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
n
Collaborate with Sales, Finance & Insurance, Service, and Administration teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
