About the role:
n
n
Work on complex matters, such as suitability issues & complaints
n
Investigate complaints about the conduct of professionals
n
Liaise with key stakeholders
n
Identify key conduct issues, analyse & examine the evidence and draft succinct and well researched recommendations on the complaints.
n
n
The ideal candidate:
n
n
Senior Lawyer with at least 5+ PQE and prior litigation, investigatory, regulatory or administrative law experience.
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills, ensuring deadlines are met.
n
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to use clear, concise language in correspondence and reports.
n
n
