The Company

We are partnering with a market-leading enterprise retail group undergoing a major transformation across their digital and core systems. They are looking for an experienced Boomi Integration Lead to drive the design, runtime governance and delivery of their enterprise integration ecosystem.

The Role
n
As the Boomi Integration Lead, you will act as the technical subject matter expert across integration design, platform architecture and execution. You'll lead a team of talented developers, partner closely with enterprise architects, and take ownership of the Boomi platform (including runtime management across cloud and AKS environments).

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Design & Delivery: Lead the end-to-end design, development, deployment and API mapping using the Boomi platform. Conduct code/design reviews to align with enterprise architecture.

Platform & Runtime Management: Manage Boomi runtimes, runtime clusters (including AKS-hosted setups), and Managed Cloud Services (MCS). Handle platform capacity, credentials, and security configurations.

Governance & SDLC: Define and enforce Boomi development standards, reusable patterns, release management, operational runbooks and audit/data governance compliance.

Leadership & Strategy: Mentor and provide technical direction to developers, drive knowledge sharing and keep the organisation aligned with Boomi's latest capabilities and roadmap.

About You
n
n
Extensive, hands-on experience designing and building enterprise integrations using the Boomi Integration Platform.
n
Deep technical knowledge of Boomi Runtimes, runtime clusters, APIs, connectors, and security best practices (certificates, credentials, network management).
n
Exposure to Kubernetes/AKS environments or cloud-hosted runtime infrastructure is highly regarded.
n
Robust background in integration patterns, SDLC best practices, and defining technical governance standards.
n
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and guide technical teams through complex problem-solving.
n
Excellent stakeholder management skills across architects, infrastructure teams, and vendors.
