The role oversees open pit and underground initiatives, taking projects from concept through to execution, with FIFO from Perth on an 8:6 or 4:3 roster.
You will work with the Mine Manager, lead a diverse mining team and contribute to strategic plans, budgets and the long-term growth pipeline while upholding STARR Core Values.
