MacKillop Family Services is seeking an experienced Strengthening Families Practitioner to support vulnerable children, young people, and families across Melton and Brimbank.
The role focuses on improving safety, wellbeing, and family functioning through assessments, action plans and trauma-informed, strengths-based interventions.
The 30.4-hour per week, fixed-term position starts immediately in Melton and runs until 25 June ****, reporting to the Family Services Coordinator.
