You'll work closely with residents and families, building personalised care plans and coordinating services to help residents age in place.
As a Registered Nurse, you'll guide care options, document plans, and liaise with GPs and allied health professionals.
This full time role avoids weekend shifts and includes a company vehicle and laptop.
