4+ years experience in a paid social and/or paid search focused role
Australian agency experience
MUST have LOCAL market knowledge
Must have full working rights - no sponsorship can be offered in the future
$90K - $100K DOE
Hybrid role - offices based in Richmond (4 days in office, 1 day wfh)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As our Senior Paid Search & Paid Social Specialist, you will lead the strategy and execution of paid search and paid social campaigns across a portfolio of clients.
You will be hands on with audience research, campaign builds, creative testing, and performance optimisation while also shaping the long term approach to deliver growth.




Paid search and paid social will be your core focus, with exposure to programmatic useful for broader client needs.
You will work closely with account managers and clients, presenting insights, driving innovation, and ensuring strategies are backed by performance data.
You will also contribute to mentoring junior members of the team and setting best practice across search and social campaigns.
YOU WILL NEED
4+ years experience in paid search and/or paid social within a specialist or agency environment
Australian agency experience
LOCAL market knowledge
A proven track record creating and leading strategies across industries and campaign types including lead generation and e-commerce
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other major platforms
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
The ability to work in a rapid paced environment while delivering strong results
