Role Description
The Tender Implementation & Customer Success Lead is a full-time, on‐site role based in Gold Coast.
This position is responsible for guiding new customers through the implementation of Tenderfy, including onboarding, configuration, and user training.
Day‐to‐day tasks include analyzing client requirements, mapping workflows into the platform, and ensuring smooth adoption and integration with existing processes.
The role also manages ongoing customer relationships, monitors product usage, and proactively addresses issues to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
The Lead will collaborate with product and technical teams to relay customer feedback, support continuous improvement,



and help develop best practices and documentation that enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
Solid customer‐facing capabilities, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building long‐term relationships.
Proficiency in Software Implementation, including onboarding, configuration, and training for SaaS or similar platforms.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Robust Analytical Skills to understand client workflows, interpret data and usage patterns, and recommend process improvements.
Experience in customer success, account management, or implementation roles within B2B or software environments.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross‐functional teams, including product, sales, and technical support.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and follow‐through.
Relevant tertiary qualification in business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with tender processes, proposal management, or procurement environments is highly beneficial.
