Proactively identify new business opportunities, including energy storage projects, partnerships with local stakeholders, and market expansion initiatives
2. Market Research & Analysis
Conduct in-depth analysis of trends, policies, and the competitive landscape in local energy storage, IPP, EPC, and equipment markets
Provide actionable insights to inform company market strategy
3. Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including IPPs, EPC contractors, local governments, and power grid companies
Drive project cooperation and achieve business targets
4. Project Development
Manage the full project development process from prospect identification, preliminary discussions, solution alignment, to contract negotiation and signing
Ensure smooth and timely project execution
5. Internal Coordination
Coordinate internal resources (technical, product, legal, etc.)



to support client communication and project execution
Resolve issues arising during business development and project promotion
Qualifications
Language: Fluent in English with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales or business development within the energy sector; experience in energy storage, IPP, EPC, or energy equipment companies preferred
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with local energy policies, power market regulations, and energy storage value chain; deep understanding of local market demand and project operation models
Skills & Attributes: Proactive, market-sensitive, strong problem-solving ability, able to work independently under pressure, with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
