We're partnering with a leading global FMCG organisation embarking on a major
S/4HANA and o9 transformation program
and are seeking an experienced
Logistics & Warehouse Business SME
to join the project team in Melbourne.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has been actively involved in an
S/4 transformation
and brings strong
business process expertise across warehouse and logistics operations
, rather than a purely technical SAP background.
About the Role
As part of a large-scale enterprise transformation, you'll act as a key business representative and subject matter expert, supporting the implementation and optimisation of logistics and warehouse processes within the S/4HANA environment.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and system partners to ensure operational requirements are captured, processes are improved, and the transformation delivers lasting business value.
Key Requirements
✅ 6-8 years' experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or related business process roles
✅ Previous involvement in an
SAP S/4HANA transformation project
✅ Hands-on experience with
SAP Transportation Management (TM/TMS)
and/or
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
✅ Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations
✅ Experience acting as a
Super User, Business SME, or Process Lead




during transformation initiatives
✅ Ability to support business change and engage effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions
✅ FMCG or logistics industry experience preferred

Partnered with operations teams to drive process improvements
Supported change adoption and user engagement
Bridged the gap between business stakeholders and project delivery teams
A practical, operational understanding of warehouse and transportation processes
Location & Working Arrangement
? Hybrid working model with approximately 2-3 days onsite per week
