Position Description
This is a exciting and newly created chance for a driven and talentedlawyer who wants to be part of an excellent team within a market-leading practice.
You'll work closely with a wide range of clients from the property, infrastructure, agricultural and financial services sectors.




You will work on a diverse range of matters, including issues involving mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and regulatory advice (including FIRB).
Requirements
You will be a lawyer with 3 to 7 years' PAE.
In addition, you will have:
