Ridley is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to support the full employee lifecycle, overseeing HRIS data, recruitment and onboarding, remuneration, learning and reporting. The role reports to the Group Head of People & Culture and collaborates with a wide range of managers to deliver accurate processes and a positive employee experience.
