Duties Include
n
n
Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, pad changes)
n
Assisting and encouraging residents with meals
n
Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
n
Supporting activities within and outside the home
n
Working alongside nurses, senior staff, and other healthcare professionals
n
Night duties include regular welfare checks, repositioning residents, and overnight personal care
n
Using moving & handling equipment where required (Hoist, slide sheet ect..)
n
n
As an agency Healthcare Assistant, you'll cover staffing shortages while working as a valued member of the care team.
n
