Customer Service Officer

Tuggerah, NSW | $***** per hour | Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm | Temporary

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join a busy and established distribution environment based in Tuggerah.
n
This is a great opportunity for someone with solid customer service and administration experience who enjoys working in a rapid-paced environment and managing customer enquiries from start to finish.
n
About the Role
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing a high volume of customer enquiries via phone and email
n
Processing customer orders, returns, credits and other service requests
n
Building and maintaining strong customer and client relationships
n
Investigating and resolving customer queries and issues
n
Handling customer complaints professionally and efficiently
n
Liaising with internal operations and logistics teams
n
Accurately entering and maintaining customer and order information
n
Working towards service-level targets and KPIs
n
Escalating ongoing or complex issues when required
n
Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes
n
n
About You
n




To be successful, you will ideally have:
n
n
Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
n
Experience with order processing and data entry
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
Confidence handling customer enquiries and resolving issues
n
Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
n
Experience working towards KPIs or service targets
n
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams skills
n
A proactive, reliable and team-focused attitude
n
n
Previous experience within distribution, logistics, warehousing or a similar operational environment would be highly regarded.
n
