About The Role
n
Based in our Thebarton office, you'll work closely with Managers and operational teams to coordinate the successful support of our Fire & Mech division.
n
This is a pivotal role for someone who is highly organised, solutions-focused, and capable of managing competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Data Entry
n
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
n
Process bank guarantees, retentions, and invoicing requirements
n
Coordinate labour, materials, technician schedules, and resources
n
All Admin and support duties
n
n

You'll be someone who:

Possesses exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

About You
n
n
Minimum 3+ years' experience in an Admin OR Service Support Co-ordinator role or similar role
n
Experience within the Fire, electrical, construction, infrastructure or related environment.
n
Strong understanding of administration, commercial processes, and compliance requirements
n
High-level communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Solid commercial awareness and financial acumen
n
Advanced organisational and problem-solving abilities
n
A resilient, proactive, and can-do attitude
