As aStore Manager, you will be expected to lead the team and store to success. You will be a strong leader, and an excellent coach and develop teams to operate efficiently and drive customer sales. You are a strong visual merchandiser and can drive in-store promotions. Set and drive KPI's for your store and area teams, multitasking across various operational and retail activities.

You are an outgoing, strong, natural leaded who can inspire people and bring them on the journey with you through your passion.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Drive the business to reach financial and operational targets through sales, setting and reaching KPI's, monitoring of shrinkage and inventory through analysis
n
Offer and lead exceptional customer experience and service standards
n
Leading, developing and motivating your team to ensure high performance
n
Manage Visual Merchandising and in-store promotions to ensure execution and excellence
n
Manage and monitor store costs in line with the business operations
n
Create, build and maintain customer loyalty
n
Create and develop a positive, vibrant working environment whilst coaching your teams
n
Proactive approach to support and offer guidance to other state-based stores
n
Scheduling, rostering and reporting as required
n

Skills / Experience / Qualifications:
n
n




Sound business acumen with exposure and experience with various financial and operational KPI's
n
Self-motivated and passionate about developing an excellent customer service model
n
Strong interpersonal skills, with proven success in leading and developing a team
n
Flair for merchandising and in-store promotions
n
Highly developed communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the business
n
Passion for the brand and the industry
n
Previous experience managing in a fast-paced, multi store Retail workplace
n
Computer literate experience with system knowledge similar to Pronto would be advantageous
n
