Capstone is working exclusively with a successful private investor with a national portfolio of industrial assets.
We are seeking a Project Manager to join the team and play a key role in the capital works, refurbishment and redevelopment of the existing portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager ready to step up, offering genuine end-to-end project management exposure across a diverse range of industrial assets.
The Role
Manage capital works, upgrades and redevelopment projects from inception through to completion
Coordinate consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
Manage project budgets, programmes, procurement and delivery
Work closely with experienced senior project managers and benefit from strong mentorship




Gain exposure across the full project lifecycle within an established property investment portfolio
About You
1–5 years' project management experience within property, construction or a related discipline
Experience working across construction or capital works projects
Solid communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills
A proactive approach and desire to develop your project management career
Ideally an Assistant PM or Junior PM looking to take the next step
