Cloudwerx connects AI, data and CRM to turn the possibilities of intelligence into business performance.
Behind that work, we need our own technology environment to be just as dependable.
We're looking for an experienced
IT Support Manager
to take ownership of the day-to-day health, security and continuous improvement of our end-user technology environment, supporting approximately 200 Windows and macOS devices.
This isn't a traditional IT management role.
We need someone who is comfortable being hands-on, making things work better, solving problems before they become bigger ones, and bringing in specialist expertise when the situation calls for it.
What you'll own
You'll take practical ownership of our end-user IT environment, including:
Managing the lifecycle, inventory, configuration, patching and health of our Windows and macOS fleet
Hands-on administration of
Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune
Managing
Google Workspace
, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, groups, licences, identity and access
Making onboarding, offboarding and access changes secure, consistent and easy for our people
Supporting endpoint security, MFA/SSO, access reviews, vulnerability management and incident response
Maintaining useful IT documentation, runbooks, asset records and compliance information
Coordinating specialist partners across security, networks, cloud and recovery when deeper expertise is needed
Helping us use AI-assisted development tools such as
OpenAI Codex and Claude Code
safely and responsibly
Giving our leaders clear visibility of IT service, risks, priorities and opportunities to improve
Just as importantly,
you'll look for the friction.
Where something is repetitive, unclear, unnecessarily manual or creating risk, we want you to help us make it better.
What we're looking for
You'll bring strong hands-on experience managing mixed Windows and macOS environments, with practical capability across
Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune and Google Workspace
.
You'll also be comfortable with endpoint security, identity and access management, patching, incident management and troubleshooting.
You don't need to personally be the deepest specialist in every area.
You do need the judgement to recognise when specialist support is needed, engage the right people and remain accountable for getting the outcome.
Most importantly, you're someone who takes ownership.
You can move comfortably between helping a person with an everyday technology problem, improving the systems behind it, coordinating a specialist vendor and explaining an emerging risk clearly to a leader.
Why Cloudwerx?
We're a technology consultancy working across
AI, data, CRM, integration, automation and enterprise transformation
.
We believe the point of technology isn't the technology itself — it's what people can do because of it.
That applies inside Cloudwerx too.
You'll have the autonomy to shape how our internal IT setting operates, improve the experience for our people and help us adopt new technology thoughtfully and securely.
We're looking for someone who likes ownership more than hierarchy, practical solutions more than unnecessary process, and continuous improvement more than maintaining the status quo.
