Manager Home Care Allied Health (Vic/Tas) Community Based Allied Health Service Full-time Hybrid work model based in Camberwell About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Allied Health leader to drive the strategic growth, operational excellence and clinical governance of BaptistCare's Home Care Allied Health services across Victoria and Tasmania.
Reporting to the General Manager, Home Care Allied Health and Nursing, you will play a key role in shaping service delivery, expanding our allied health footprint and delivering innovative, person-centred services that enable older Australians to live independently in their own homes.
Working closely with Home Care operational leaders and key stakeholders, you will support the continued growth of Allied Health services through workforce development, strategic partnerships, service innovation and quality improvement.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership to BaptistCare's Allied Health services across Victoria and Tasmania Lead and develop a high-performing multi-disciplinary Allied Health team, Drive growth through innovative service models, workforce expansion and new, partnerships opportunities Oversee operational performance, resource management and budget accountability Use data and performance insights to inform decision-making and service improvements Champion clinical governance, quality, compliance and risk management Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support organisational audit activities Foster collaborative relationships with operational leaders,



stakeholders and external partners Represent BaptistCare at industry forums and contribute to broader strategic initiatives About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Current AHPRA Registration in an Allied Health discipline Extensive Allied Health experience, including aged care and community-based services Experience leading and developing high-performing teams Strong knowledge of clinical governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance Demonstrated ability to drive growth, innovation and service improvement Experience managing budgets, resources and service delivery Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement skills and relationship management skills Commitment to person-centred care and alignment with BaptistCare's Mission, Vision and Values Current Australian driver's licence, access to a reliable, insured vehicle Capacity to travel as required For You BaptistCare is focused on living our values, not just talking about them.
