The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Associate or Manager to join our growing Brisbane office.
This is an opportunity to work on a diverse pipeline of major housing, health, education, property and social infrastructure projects across Queensland and Australia.
You will work directly with clients and senior leadership, applying commercial, strategic, and analytical skills to help solve complex challenges across the property and infrastructure lifecycle.
Typical day to day tasks and responsibilities include:
Demographic, market, economic and planning analysis to inform site highest and best use assessments.
Developing financial models and feasibility assessments using Excel, EstateMaster, Forbury and other analytical and valuation tools.
Geospatial and catchment analysis to support real estate investment decisions.
Complex real estate and social infrastructure transactions.
Research, benchmarking and case study reviews to identify best practice and inform recommendations.
Supporting and participating in stakeholder workshops, client meetings, and consultation activities.
Drafting business case chapters, options analyses and strategic advisory reports and presentations.
Supporting the preparation of client bids and tender submissions.
Supporting project delivery, coordinating inputs from multidisciplinary teams,



and ensuring high-quality client outcomes.
As a Manager, you'll lead project delivery, manage client relationships, mentor junior team members, and play an active role in the growth of the business.
As a Senior Associate, you'll lead key project workstreams, manage day-to-day delivery and have the opportunity develop the leadership skills required to progress in your career.
About You
A Manager or Senior Associate within either: a property or infrastructure advisory team; or a corporate finance, economics, property, or strategy consulting firm, looking for greater responsibility and direct client exposure.
A high-performing Associate or Senior Associate in one of the above organisations ready to step into a project and people leadership role.
An experienced professional looking to transition into the real estate and social infrastructure sector from an adjacent field such as the public sector, engineering, architecture, corporate finance, or economic advisory.
You will ideally bring:
2-10 years' experience in real estate, infrastructure, or a related sector.
A passion for housing, city-shaping projects, and social infrastructure, and motivated by work that delivers meaningful outcomes for communities.
Strong commercial, strategic and analytical capability.
Financial modelling, business case, economic analysis, or advisory experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to translate technical analysis into practical and actionable advice.
A team-oriented mindset and desire to contribute to a high-performing team culture.
Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine interest in understanding the "why" behind complex problems.
