This is a fixed-term opportunity from early October **** to January ****.
Reporting to the
Global Marketing team
, this role has been designed to provide broad exposure to the day-to-day workings of a global beauty brand and the opportunity to build or refresh practical marketing skills.
Working alongside project leaders across the Marketing team, the
Marketing Assistant
will support a variety of projects spanning
sales
and
campaign analysis, new product development,
and
marketing asset development.
In addition, this placement will provide our successful
Encorer
with the opportunity to work on live marketing projects and see how new products and campaigns move from strategy and planning through to execution in markets around the world.
They will work with project leaders to understand briefs and priorities, help bring products and marketing materials to life, and support the team in tracking and communicating performance.
We understand each
Encorer
may have different flexibility/life requirements while reintegrating back into the workforce.
This role can be worked as either
full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week) with a hybrid in-office/work-from-home arrangement
to assist your transition back into the workforce.
Key responsibilities




New Product Development:
Support the Marketing and NPD teams across the development of new products, gaining exposure to the process from early concept through to commercialisation and launch.
Assist project leaders in developing and updating product briefs, helping bring together consumer needs, market opportunity, product benefits, claims, positioning and other key inputs.
Competitive & category analysis:
Research competitor products, launches, claims, pricing, positioning and category trends to help identify opportunities and inform new product development.
Presentations:
Support the development of presentations for new product concepts and key project milestones, bringing together research, commercial data, product information and recommendations in a clear and compelling way.
Marketing asset creation:
Work with project leaders to develop and update presentations, sell sheets, campaign documents, product information, toolkits and other marketing assets.
Cross-functional collaboration:
Work with teams across Marketing, Creative, Communications, Sales and Product Development to gain exposure to how different functions come together to deliver a global brand.
Team support:
Provide general marketing and administrative support across priority projects as required.
About you




Previous experience in marketing, communications, sales or a related field is a plus, not a must.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities.
A proactive and collaborative mindset.
