About the Company Role: Join a Global Medical Device Manufacturer who specialise in infection prevention technology used throughout healthcare facilities worldwide.

Reporting to the Service Support Operations Manager , you will join a collaborative engineering team supporting customer complaint investigations, root cause analysis and technical service activities across electromechanical medical devices.
This role offers a diverse mix of technical problem solving, documentation, troubleshooting and training, making it well suited to engineers from service, technical support or manufacturing backgrounds.
Duties: Investigate customer complaints and perform root cause analysis (RCA) Prepare technical reports, documentation and work instructions Troubleshoot and diagnose electromechanical medical devices Support installation activities and escalated field service issues Conduct returned product investigations and technical assessments Liaise with Service, Quality, Manufacturing and Engineering teams Develop training materials and support technical training initiatives Assist with customer responses and resolution of complex technical issues Skills Experience: Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronics or related Engineering discipline Experience as a Service Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer Experience within medical device, pharmaceutical or other regulated manufacturing environments (highly regarded)
Experience working with electromechanical or mechanically equipment Hands-on troubleshooting and fault-finding experience Experience with device assembly and use of hand tools including multimeters and screwdrivers Strong technical documentation and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Culture Benefits: Training provided Supportive and team-oriented engineering team Exposure to innovative medical device technology Opportunity to develop specialist troubleshooting, investigation and training skills Potential for longer-term opportunities Free on-site parking Ongoing training and development opportunities Apply!
