Their multidisciplinary approach allows clinicians to work collaboratively while supporting clients throughout their health journey.
About the role: Our client is seeking New Graduate Occupational Therapists to join their growing team and begin their careers in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and adults and are looking to develop their clinical skills with the guidance of experienced Speech Pathologists.
You will work across clinic-based and community settings , delivering personalised Speech Pathology services to clients who require support with their communication, language, speech and swallowing needs.
The caseload is approximately 80% paediatric and 20% adult ,



providing a valuable opportunity to build experience across a range of presentations while developing your clinical confidence.
Delivering client-centred Speech Pathology assessments and interventions.
Supporting children and adults to achieve their communication and functional goals.
Working across clinic-based and community settings, including home visits.
Completing formalised assessments, reports and clinical documentation.
Collaborating with other Speech Pathologists and allied health professionals.
Building positive relationships with clients, families and support networks.
Developing your clinical skills through regular supervision and ongoing professional support.

$1,500 annual CPD allowance to support your career development.
Cents-per-kilometre reimbursement for travel using your personal car.
KPI incentives of up to $5,200 per annum , with opportunities to earn additional incentives when billable targets are exceeded.
25 billable hours per week , allowing time for clinical documentation, planning and other non-billable responsibilities.
Regular fortnightly supervision provided by senior Speech Pathologists.
Continuous support from other Speech Pathologists within the clinic.
Exposure to a diverse caseload across paediatric and adult clients.

Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology, or expected completion in ****.
Eligible for Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration , or close to completing the registration application.
A genuine passion for supporting children and adults to achieve their communication and functional goals.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
A willingness to learn, develop clinical skills and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to work across clinic-based and community settings.
A current driver's licence and access to a personal vehicle, or willingness to travel for community-based services.
Visa sponsorship may be available for suitable candidates who hold SPA registration or are close to completing their SPA application.
