With an established reputation for quality, innovation and strong customer relationships, the business continues to experience growth and is looking to appoint a Revenue Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join their supportive finance team - This role has been newly created so it gives you the freedom to make it your own.
The Role In this role you will be responsible for: Manage and co-ordinate the day-to-day running of the Revenue Operations team Month end responsibilities Monitoring aging reports and following up on overdue accounts Accountability that billing activities are carried out with a high level of accuracy, completeness and timeliness Managing large customer portfolios and supporting working capital objectives Oversee the preparation and submission of month-end Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Supporting customer rebate and commission programs Assist with process improvements and ongoing finance initiatives Other ad hoc duties as required by your Manager The Successful Applicant Will Have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance,



Commerce or a related discipline CPA/CA qualified or progressing towards qualification 3–5 years' experience across Revenue Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Commercial Finance or Financial Analysis Solid understanding of AR, credit management and working capital principles Experience managing large customer portfolios Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar Strong analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Experience within wholesale distribution, FMCG, manufacturing or a B2B environment would be highly advantageous Experience with rebates, commissions, customer contracts and Power BI would be desirable Benefits Of The Role Permanent role Opportunity to further develop in a team leading capacity Join a global and growing organisation Friendly supportive finance team Attractive salary To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
