The Role As the Principal Software Engineer, you will be responsible for: Shaping and influencing the organisation's technical vision and engineering strategy Mentoring and developing senior engineers, helping raise technical capability across the team Driving the adoption of AI-assisted development and modern engineering practices across the organisation Leading complex, cross‐functional initiatives and defining scalable software architectures Providing technical mentorship, establishing best practices and championing engineering excellence Hands-on full-stack engineering, contributing across both front-end and back-end development while helping solve complex technical challenges.

10+ years software engineering experience with 3+ years in technical leadership Expert-level .
NET expertise, with strong experience designing and building scalable applications Strong TypeScript and React.js experience, with a hands-on approach to full-stack development Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred), SQL Server, Redis and observability tools (Datadog, LaunchDarkly) Proven track record delivering large‐scale, distributed systems and driving process improvements Strong communication, collaboration and problem‐solving skills Hands‐on experience with AI‐assisted dev tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude) and LLM API integration What's a Rich Text element?
