ingoing and outgoing inspections Assisting with rent collection and arrears management Maintaining strong and proactive relationships with tenants and landlords Responding to enquiries and handling day-to-day property management matters Working closely with the Property Management and Leasing teams Learning and developing your skills across the full property management lifecycle ABOUT YOU A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence A valid driver's licence Previous real estate or property management experience is essential Excellent communication and organisational skills A positive, can-do attitude Strong attention to detail The ability to work well as part of a team A genuine desire to learn, develop and progress within Property Management Most importantly, we're looking for the right attitude.
