Job description Our Client Troocoo is proud to be partnering with a large, purpose driven organisation seeking a Sourcing Specialist to manage strategic sourcing activities across a diverse portfolio of goods and services.
Working across facilities and corporate categories, you will lead sourcing projects, partner with varied stakeholder groups and support positive commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities include Manage a portfolio of end to end sourcing activities across facilities and corporate services Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define project outcomes and develop procurement plans Prepare clear and accurate sourcing documentation, including requests for proposal and tender documentation Conduct market analysis,



supplier evaluations and commercial assessments to support sourcing recommendations Lead complex supplier negotiations and support contracts through to award Coordinate multiple sourcing projects while managing competing priorities and deadlines Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve commercial value and manage riskSkills and Experience: About You Experience across procurement and strategic sourcing Background in indirect procurement, ideally within facilities or corporate services Ability to independently manage complex, end to end sourcing activities Excellent written communication and attention to detail Confident stakeholder engagement and commercial negotiation skills Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities Please note that we are only accepting applications from candidates who are currently based in Australia.
