About the role: A Dairy company located in the West of Melbourne To join a collaborative and supportive team Permanent full-time opportunity Full training is provided About your duties: Conducts GMP Walks which includes HACCP plan compliance verification Ensures clearance and required assessments, ie raw materials, semi-finished products, final product and environmental samples, are effectively monitored and applied.
Conducting allergen surveys and environmental monitoring activities Support in performing risk assessments for raw materials and packaging items Support quality management system and assist with compliance audit Conducts internal audits as per schedule and raising of NCRs as required.
Assists in effective implementation of corrective and preventative action program via NCR process Review production records for clearance and issuance of records for final signoff from QA-Leads Assists in driving continuous improvement in Quality Assurance processes and associated workstreams Assists in project and equipment validation and as well as troubleshooting of inprocess measuring devices in production Support customer complaint investigation with product assessment and record reviews.

About you:



Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or Microbiology Prior experience in a Quality Assurance role Audit experience as relates to Food Safety and Quality Management Systems Prior experience in Food Safety and Quality systems Minimum 3 years' experience in FMCG - preferably food, dairy, contract manufacturing dairy-based and jams products workplace Apply!
