Job description Our Client Troocoo is proud to partner with Container Exchange Queensland (COEX) to recruit a Supply Chain Lead, joining the organisation at an exciting stage in its growth and operational maturity journey.
COEX is a not-for-profit organisation appointed by the Queensland Government to deliver the Containers for Change scheme.
With a vision that "no container goes to waste", COEX creates meaningful environmental, social and economic impact across Queensland by supporting recycling outcomes, reducing litter and helping communities benefit through container refunds.
The Opportunity Reporting to the Logistics Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Lead manages the day-to-day supply chain activities of the Network Delivery function through purchasing, supplier management, order coordination, 3PL, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities Include: Assist with supplier and 3PL contract compliance activities.
Manage the online ordering system and execute purchasing in line with the COEX Procurement and Finance processes.
Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day supply chain escalations and issue resolution.
Coordinate and chair stakeholder meetings to align purchasing and inventory needs.
Assist in the development of standard supply chain KPIs and produce weekly and monthly reports as required.
Support EOI, RFP, and contract negotiation processes.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.




Actively participate in product development discussions to align designs with the supply chain execution.
Skills Experience Proven experience in a similar supply chain or logistics role.
Experience in inventory management, purchasing and 3rd-party logistics.
Technically proficient in WMS and ERP systems, with Shopify experience highly desirable.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, underpinned by a truly collaborative approach and a proven ability to build solid and effective partnerships.
Track record of contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of operational best practices and a willingness to embrace new technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
Strong problem-solving skills and exemplary attention to detail.
