Effective Debtors management Provision of operating reports and expense budget reports for all departments on a monthly basis.
Monitoring all costs and payments Reconciling various accounts as determined by the Operations Manager Supervising a team of staff including recruiting, performance management,



workflow management and training and development Contributing to the effectiveness of the team in terms of quality and productivity Reporting conditions that are adverse to the operational efficiency of the department or achievement of quality.
Monitoring measuring and managing effectiveness of all department employees Developing and maintaining processes, policies, procedures and administrative systems WHS management and reporting To be successful in this role you must possess: Tertiary qualifications in Book Keeping, Finance or Accounting, CA / CPA is desirable.
Valid Drivers' License ( Travel Required) 3 + years' leading both AP and AR team experience or 5+ years' all-rounder finance with strong business acumen is desirable.
Sound understanding of regulatory compliance and reporting is mandatory.
