Job description Role Opportunity An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Site Administrator to join a major mining project on an immediate start basis.
Working on a 2/1 FIFO roster, you will play a key role in supporting site operations, ensuring workforce mobilisation requirements are met, and providing efficient administrative support to a busy project team.
This is a fast-paced environment ideally suited to someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working collaboratively with site personnel, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Benefits Immediate start available FIFO 2/1 roster Gain exposure to a large-scale operational environment Essential Skills and Requirements Previous experience in a Site Administrator, Project Administrator or Camp Administrator position within the mining, resources, construction or infrastructure sectors Strong understanding of workforce mobilisation processes Experience managing site travel, accommodation and roster logistics Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Current Australian Driver's Licence and White Card (essential) Duties and Responsibilities:



Coordinate workforce mobilisation and onboarding activities Manage travel, accommodation and flight bookings for site personnel Maintain employee records, site registers and mobilisation documentation Prepare reports, spreadsheets and project administration documents Assist with timesheets, roster administration and data entry Coordinate inductions and site access requirements About the Client: Our client is a leading Australian resources company with a strong reputation for developing and operating world-class mining assets.
